Javier is a recognized, talented & innovative artist representing one of the most typical artistic cultures in México: Olinalá in Guerrero, México.
Olinalá derives from the Nahuatl words olin, from tlain-earthquake, and a variant of tlanjunto or near, which means "set to earthquakes" or "near earthquakes." Olinalá is known at a national and international level the famous Olinalá Box; distinguished by the smell of the linaloé or linaloe tree (typical from the region).
